Product Description
Used to uncoil, slit, and recoil metal coils into strips of the required width. Suitable for processing cold-rolled and hot-rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel, and various metal materials with surface coatings.
For users with high requirements, EPC automatic edge alignment or centering feeding can be selected, which facilitates material feeding, improves work efficiency, and simultaneously improves cutting accuracy and protects the sheet. EPC automatic edge control can also be selected to ensure the neatness of the coil, especially suitable for wide material coiling.
The production line mainly consists of a feeding trolley, decoiler, tension leveling machine, shear, slitting machine, waste edge coiler, tensioning mechanism, coiler, and unloading device.
